Rules for using StrongerBrandAI in the current operation

1. Service and scope
StrongerBrandAI provides a platform to configure and operate a business's receptionist agent in Colombia through WhatsApp. The agent can answer questions and manage appointments according to the Owner's information and instructions. This package does not automatically enable Telegram, Instagram, Messenger, other countries, CRM, marketing or future roles. By creating or using an account, you accept these terms.
2. Account, access and tenants
You need an account with a valid email and are responsible for protecting your credentials and reporting unauthorized access. You must have the capacity and authority to bind the business you represent. One account may manage one or more tenants; each tenant is an independent environment and the Owner is responsible for its information, configuration, communications and compliance.
3. Business information and Owner responsibility
The services, prices, hours, instructions and other information you upload remain the Owner's. You authorize us to use them to provide the service. You must keep them complete, truthful and current. The Owner defines the purposes of the service, informs end users, obtains required authorizations and is responsible for products, services, communications and instructions.
4. Acceptable use and channel rules
You may not use the platform for unsolicited messages, purchased lists, impersonation, illegal activity, fraud or prohibited goods and services. You must comply with Colombian law and WhatsApp Business and Meta policies. End-user consent limits use to the stated purposes; you may not turn an authorized service interaction into unauthorized marketing or campaigns.
5. Data and each party's obligations
The Owner determines the purposes for end-user data and acts as its controller. StrongerBrandAI acts as processor within the contracted scope and as an independent controller for account, operation, security, support and compliance data. Each party must protect the access under its control and respect data-subject requests under the Privacy Policy.
6. Artificial intelligence and business decisions
The agent uses artificial intelligence and may make mistakes, misread a request or fail to understand an unusual case. The Owner must review uploaded information and remains responsible for commercial decisions, prices, appointments, instructions and communications. The platform does not replace the business's judgment or human support.
7. Pricing, payments and Meta charges
StrongerBrandAI plans and prices are disclosed before subscription. WhatsApp or Meta charges, where applicable, are independent and made under Meta's conditions and payment method. They are not included in StrongerBrandAI's price unless a written agreement says otherwise.
8. Availability, maintenance and external dependencies
StrongerBrandAI provides a technology service that depends on its own components and external providers, including hosting, authentication, database, artificial intelligence and WhatsApp communication. Interruptions, errors, delays, degradation or limitations may result from our failures, maintenance, network issues, agent errors, unavailability or changes by Meta, WhatsApp, OpenAI, Supabase, Railway or other providers, or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to diagnose, contain and restore operation, but do not guarantee continuous availability, immediate message delivery or specific recovery times unless a written service-level agreement applies. The Owner should keep information current, protect credentials and maintain alternatives when continuity is critical.
9. Owner deletion of an agent or tenant
This operation belongs exclusively to the Owner. From the dashboard, the Owner may start deletion of an agent or tenant it manages, subject to authentication, authorization and confirmation. Once confirmed, StrongerBrandAI purges the associated data and logs for that tenant within its systems without affecting other tenants. Tenant deletion is not deletion of the Owner's account. An aggregated usage summary without end-user personal data may remain when necessary for operations, accounting, security or claim defense. Data retained by Meta, WhatsApp, the Owner or another provider is not deleted automatically.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided according to its availability and technical scope. To the extent permitted by law, StrongerBrandAI is not liable for the Owner's business decisions, lost profits, lost customers, external-provider failures or indirect damages arising from use of the service or assistant errors. No limitation excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without excluding mandatory rules that apply. Material changes will be versioned, update the date in the header and, where appropriate, require new acceptance before the affected feature is enabled.
